The finish came in his 6th career start. bigdaddy RCN was one of twenty drivers to sign up for the first ever series in league history. In his series debut, he finished 16th at Riverside before scoring his best finish of the season so far by finishing 10th at Richmond Fairgrounds.
On race day, bigdaddy RCN would roll off starting in 19th while starting last was the #32 Bestline Products Plymouth of Draco Drakul. By the end of the race, bigdaddy had lost a lap to the leaders and was never able to gain it back and his first last place finish was his.
Finishing 19th was the #22 unsponsored Dodge of hunter2224, the only other driver who was a lap down by the time the race was over.
The Remaining Bottom Five finished on the same lap as the race leaders; 18th was the #4 Mills Plumbing Dodge of Sicarius, 17th was two time last-place finisher the #64 Woodfield Ford and finished 16th was the #34 unsponsored Ford of Trail Blazer.
bigdaddy RCN career in the then ONL would only lasted 16 races as in his final start he finished 16th in the return trip to Bristol. Days after the race, bigdaddy was released from his contract, the owner citing performance failures as the reason for the driver's release. Bigdaddy's career effectively ended due to the release as he has never appeared in another SCRL race since.
