CANADA: Riley Spurlytube only retiree in crash filled race at Trois-Rivieres; tied with Dinkdinker and Truttle with 10 last-place finishes

Riley Spurlytube picked up the 1st last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 2 JuliaWine.com 100 at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres when his #42 Legendary Motorcar Chevrolet was involved in a multi-car crash after 9 of the 13 laps.

The finish came in his 20th career start. In the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, it's the 2nd for car #42 and the 12th from a crash. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 6th for the #42 and the 209th from a crash.

Entering Season 2 of the Canadian Series, Spurlytube had already had made a name for himself in the SCRL, raking up 12 career wins, two of which came in Season 1 of the Canadian Series, at ICAR and Montreal, and finished 7th in the final point standings. For Season 2 however, Spurlytube was only able to sign up for a part-time ride, competing in 8 of the scheduled 12 events, and he wasn't planning on wasting any of them. In the very first race at CTMP, Spurlytube battled Marko Tellez all race long before the two cars got together, spinning Tellez out and causing him to finish 25th, while Spurlytube would score his 3rd Canadian Series win, and 13th overall in the SCRL.

After a victory at CTMP, Spurlytube was forced to skip the second race of the season at ICAR, making his second start of the season at CTMP Oval and finishing 7th. At Delaware, Spurlytube struggled to a 21st place finish, skipping Motoplex, finishing 13th at Edmonton and sitting out another race, at Saskatoon in the last round. The entry list for Trois-Rivieres was once again a full field, with all 32 drivers competing in what would be the 4th of 5 road courses, a race in which Spurlytube finished 10th in Season 1.

On race day, Spurlytube would roll off the field starting 30th while starting last was the #03 Prime Racing / Circuit ICAR Dodge of Sebastian Torres. For Torres he struggled to keep up with the field during the opening laps despite the fact a caution came out on the first lap. Torres finally was able to improve his position when the #22 Canadian Tire Dodge of Cam Nixey was spun out in Turn 4 and fell back to last on Lap 4. Nixey would remain there only two laps when another caution would fly when the #4 Fitzpatrick Motorsports Chevrolet of AJ Jones was spun out in Turn 5.

Jones would also remain in the final spot for only two laps as ICAR last-place finisher the #3 Snap-on Tools / Vortex Brake Pads Dodge of Grayson Acevedo fell back to the final spot on Lap 8 as the race would be extended two laps by way of the Green, White, Checkered Rule. Acevedo would be trailing the field as they went through the first two turns, but in Turn 3 the battle for last ended. Coming out of Turn 3, Spurlytube and two-time last-place finisher the #36 VR Victoriaville Dodge of Carter Joey battled side-by-side, running out of room as the two cars headed toward the inside wall, causing Spurlytube's car to flip over once, landing on hit roof before being hit by the #03 of Sebastian Torres. Spurlytube was able to crawl out of his car as the race was red flagged for ten minutes, Spurlytube was uninjured, but his day was done.

Finishing 31st was the #35 Whitemud Mech. / EMCO Dodge of Joe Jefferson, who took a wild ride himself during the last Green, White, Checkered, but he was able to limp across the line just after the Checkered Flag was flown.

Rounding out the Bottom Five were drivers who were able to survive and finish the race on the lead lap: 30th was the #99 BFB Chevrolet of Joshua Rush, 29th was the #4 of AJ Jones and 28th was the #7 National Exhaust Dodge of Trey Wright.

CANADA: Broken header causes Carter Joey's hard crash on the first lap at Edmonton

Carter Joey picked up the 2nd last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 2 Edmonton 100 at the Edmonton City Centre Airport when his #36 VR Victoriaville Dodge was involved in a single car crash after 1 of the 13 laps.

The finish, which came in his 6th career start, was his first on the circuit since March 13, 2017, the EMCO 200 at the Delaware Speedway when he completed 29 of the 30 laps under power, 2 races ago. In the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, it's the 2nd for car #36 and the 11th from a crash. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 3rd for the #36 and the 208th from a crash.

After scoring his first last-place finish in the series in his 4th career start at Delaware, Joey got redemption by finishing 9th at Motoplex and was looking to continue that streak in the series second ever race at the 2.256 mile road course. The entry list grew from 27 entries at Motoplex to 33 at Edmonton as the part-time drivers made their return to the series for the first time since Delaware.

Sammy Sabre Jr. on pit road after stalling on track.
On race day, Joey would roll off the field starting 32nd while starting last was the #17 Castrol Edge / Mahindra Tractors Dodge of Carter Friesen, but Friesen wouldn't stay there for long as at the start of the race the #10 Affichage.ca Dodge of Sammy Sabre Jr. stalled at the start, and towed to pit road, and if his team didn't get him back out on track, Sabre Jr. would have gotten his first last-place finish since trailing the field in the SCRL Icebreakers Whelen Series Pentax 200 at the Stafford Motor Speedway when his #10 Bilsom Safety Chevrolet was involved in a multi-car crash after completing 3 of 20 laps.

Sabre's crew was able to get his car back out on track by the time entered Turn 7 and when they entered the final Turn, Carter Joey's car began to start smoking as he swerved to the left to get out of the way of the other drivers as a broken header had caused the throttle to get stuck as he hit the concrete wall head on, bringing out the first caution of the day. Joey was able to climb from his car and walked away with no injuries, but his car was done for the day. As the field rode around the track under caution, the #21 A&W / Bower & Wilkins Dodge of Mitchell Collins began to slow and pulled onto pit road and into his pit stall, as the crew looked under the hood, as they found that they had broken a header as well, and after seeing what happened to Joey, the team retired the car. 31st was the #14 Steel-Craft Door Products Chevrolet of Josh Nixey, who suffered suspension issues and retired from the race just after the field went back to racing.

Rounding out the Bottom Five were drivers who finished on the same lap as the race leaders: 30th was the #10 of Sammy Sabre Jr. and 29th was the #94 Carquest Canada Dodge of Rocco Twyman.

Adam Leitman picked up the 1st last place finish of his ONL Formula One Series career in the Pre-Season 1 Grand Prix of Mexico at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez when his #5 was involved in a multi-car crash after completing 4 of the 8 laps.

The finish came in his 2nd career start. Leitman was one of twenty one drivers who originally signed up to compete for the newest series in the then ONL(Oreius NASCAR League). In his series debut Kyalami, Leitman started 17th and finished an uneventful 15th.

On race day, Leitman would roll off starting in the 9th spot while rolling off in the final spot was the #3 of Dan Bandon. The racing around the track was incredible for the fans and drivers but on Lap 4 that all changed as chaos broke out in Turns 1 and 2 as a four car wreck would break out, originally starting when the #25 of wolfmoon made contact with the #27 of Thorgrim, sending both cars hard into the tire barrier. Having escaped the wreck, Leitman made contact with Kyalami last-place finisher the #22 of Bulldog67, sending both cars into the Turn 2 barriers followed shortly by pole sitter Rick Rome. Leitman, wolfmoon, Rome and Thorgrim would all be listed as out on the same lap, with Letiman becoming scored the final car since his was the only one to be towed back to the pits while everyone else was able to pull into the garage on their own.

CANADA: Late race wreck knocks Nick Kennedy out at Motoplex; tied with Max Anderson and Tony Newman for most last-place finishes

Nick Kennedy picked up the 2nd last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 2 A&W Cruisin' the Dub 300 at the Motoplex Speedway & Event Park when his #18 Dr. Tint / FRS Dodge was involved in a multi-car crash after 22 of the 30 laps.

The finish, which came in his 17th career start, was his first on the circuit since March 13, 2017, the Season 1 GP3R 100 at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres when he was involved in a multi-car crash without completing any of the 15 laps, 9 races ago.  In the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, it's the 1st for car #18 and the 10th from a crash. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 5th for the #18 and the 207th from a crash.

Nick Kennedy is one of the most successful drivers in the five year history of the SCRL, having 11 career wins in various series, being one of only two drivers to win three races in a row, and being a former champion in the SCRL Red Bull Formula One Series, but was still looking for his first Canadian Series win. Having competed in Season 1 where he scored a best finish of 3rd at Motoplex and Riverside and finishing 5th in points, Kennedy signed up to compete in Season 2 to try and end his winless streak. Kennedy's Season 2 started off with a 16th at CTMP, 15th at ICAR, 30th at CTMP Oval and 4th at Delaware in the last round.

On race day, Kennedy would roll off the field starting 22nd while starting last was the #94 Carquest Canada Dodge of Rocco Twyman, but Twyman wouldn't stay there for long as the #69 Lake Excavating / EMCO Waterworks Dodge of Ty Dent took the final spot in Turn 1 and would trail for the first lap before he knocked the #15 Bill Mathews Motors Ford of Bafode Sacko into the final spot on Lap 2, but it was the next lap that Kennedy would entered the battle on Lap 3. Kennedy wasn't going to go down without a fight, as he too remained in last for only one lap, passing CTMP last-place finisher the #71 L'Equipeur Dodge of Brian Fox into the final spot.

Fox would remain in last for two laps before the #47 WeatherTech Canada / Bellemare Dodge of Eddie Wycombe entered the battle on Lap 7. Wycombe was again last for only one lap as the #17 Castrol Edge / Mahindra Tractors Dodge of Carter Friesen took the final spot on Lap 8. Friesen would keep a hold of the final spot till Lap 16 when the #60 Mopar / Mobil 1 Dodge of Samet Ozkan took the last spot when he was forced to pit due to damage and he was trailing the field by a full lap when the battle quickly ended. As Ozkan was trying to head into the pits, he overshot and slide up the track right in front of the #90 Veloce / Battery Expert Dodge of Marko Tellez as Tellez's front end was destroyed and as his car traveled up the track, Kennedy had nowhere to go and was collected. Both cars were able to limp back around to the pits and into the garage, with Kennedy being scored as having completed 22 laps and Tellez one more by crossing the start/finish line, but it wasn't until three laps to go that Ozkan finally kncked both drivers into the final spots, while Ozkan limped home to finish 25th.

CANADA: Carter Joey becomes third driver in a row to suffer tire problems at Delaware

Carter Joey picked up the 1st last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 2 EMCO 200 at the Delaware Speedway when his #36 VR Victoriaville Dodge completed 29 of the 30 laps under power.

The finish came in his 4th career series start. In the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, it's the 1st for car #36 and the 6th for running at the finish. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 1st for the #36 and the 156th for running at the finish.

Joey has competed in the SCRL for several series now, and despite scoring one career win at Caraway in then SCRL Snap-On Tools Southern Whelen Series, Joey hasn't yet made much of a mark in the league. Joey hadn't competed in Season 1 so his first trips to the tracks were when the green flag dropped; Joey struggled in the first two races with 29th at CTMP and a 22nd at ICAR in the next round before the series raced at their first short track, the Canadian Tire Mosport Park Oval, where starting 3rd, he was able to remain in the top 5 all day, and when the race was extended two laps by way of the Green, White, Checkered rule, Joey was able to pounce and finished a runner up finish in just his 3rd start.

On race day, Joey would roll off the field starting 10th while starting last was the #47 WeatherTech Canada / Bellemare Dodge of Eddie Wycombe, a spot that Wycombe would hold for the first lap before he knocked the #94 Carquest Canada Dodge of Rocco Twyman into the final spot. Twyman's stay in the final spot would last one lap, as he knocked the #4 Fitzpatrick Motorsports Chevrolet of AJ Jones to last on the 3rd lap, just like with Twyman, Jones's stay in last was only one lap, when he knocked the #89 Keltic Ford / Nova Construction Ford of Ryan Rush into the final spot, and despite a early caution, Rush remained in the final spot for the first nineteen laps when for the third race in a row, tire problems quickly brought the last-place battle to an end.

Joey had fallen back a spot and was running in the 11th spot when coming off Turn 4, Joey quickly turned to the inside of the track, slowing down and stalling on the frontstretch just past the start/finish line, bringing out the second and final caution of the day. Joey's car was towed back to pit road where it was found he had a flat left rear tire, his team quickly gave him four fresh tires and sent their driver back out. Joey was unable to gain any spots over the last nine laps and finished in the final spot in his 4th start.

Finishing 31st was the #89 of Ryan Rush, the only other driver to not finish on the lead lap, as he also suffered tire problems with three laps to go, but was able to get out on track before Joey was able to pass him.

Rounding out the Bottom Five were drivers who finished on the same lap as the race leaders: 30th was the #47 of Eddie Wycombe, 29th was the #5 EMCO-Kohler / Rheem Dodge of Chakat Whitelion and 28th the #94 of Rocco Twyman.

Eli Bright picked up the 1st last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 2 Clarington 200 at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park Oval when his #48 Mid West Combustion Chevrolet completed 20 of the 22 laps under power.

The finish came in his 2nd career series start. In the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, it's the 2nd for car #48 and the 5th for running at the finish. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 6th for the #48 and the 155th for running at the finish.

For Bright, the SCRL has been his home for several years, having competed against the very best the league has had to offer; Truttle, Whitelion, Dryburgh, Turner, Torres and many up and coming talent like Sammy Sabre Jr., Ryan Rush and Cassie Dent to name a few. Bright has found success in the SCRL, having picked up 7 career wins along the way but was still looking for his first championship. Due to signups filling up so fast, Bright could only sign on to compete in a part-time schedule, with 8 races being the number planned for the team. Their first attempt at the field was the first race on the schedule at CTMP where Bright finished 17th, and having to skip ICAR in the last round, Bright was eager to get back out on track at CTMP Oval.

The entry list for CTMP Oval was bumped from 27 cars to 32 as both full and part-time drivers competed for only the second time in Season 2; along with Bright competing in his second event, so was Cole Nixey, Trey Wright and Logan Bueckert.

On race day, Bright would roll off the field starting 16th while starting last was the #94 Carquest Canada Dodge of Rocco Twyman, but once the green flag came out, it was clear Twyman didn't want to be in last for long, as he knocked the #18 Dr. Tint / FRS Dodge of Nick Kennedy into the final spot, but his own stay lasted one lap as the #10 Affichage.ca Dodge of Sammy Sabre Jr. entered the battle on Lap 2. Sabre Jr. would lose touch with the field despite an early cautions and appeared on his way to his first last-place finish in the series. However with three laps to go, Bright, who was running in 16th at the time, began to slow going into Turn 1 before stalling in Turn 2, bringing out the second caution that would extend the race two more laps by way of the Green, White, Checkered rule. Bright's car was towed back to the pits and the crew quickly put four fresh tires on the car, and got their driver back out on track, but with no events happening, Bright easily scored the last-place award.

Rounding out the Bottom Five were drivers who finished on the same lap as the race leaders: 31st was the #69 Lake Excavating / EMCO Waterworks Dodge of Ty Dent, 30th the aforementioned #18 of Nick Kennedy, the #6 West World Motorsports Chevrolet of Leroy Jones and finishing 28th was the #94 of Rocco Twyman.

Nixey's stay at the back of the pack wouldn't last long as within the first turn, the #15 Bill Mathews Motors Ford of Bafode Sacko, who had started 13th, got loose going in Turn 1 and spun out, no caution would come out, but Sacko was several seconds behind the leaders as no cautions would fly for the first five laps. A caution with two laps to go would set up a Green, White, Checkered. Just as the field was able to start the attempt, Grayson slowed and then pulled on pit road, as the right rear tire had been cut during the pace laps. Acevdeo's crew was able to get him back out on track, but the damage was already done, finishing twenty two seconds behind the race leaders.

CANADA: Lap 1 altercation between Brian Fox and Rocco Twyman knocks both drivers out at CTMP

Brian Fox picked up the 1st last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 2 Vortex Brake Pads 200 at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park when his #71 L'Equipeur Dodge was involved in a two-car crash after completing 1 of the 6 laps.

The finish came in his 1st career series start. In the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, it's the 1st for car #71 and the 9th from a crash. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 7th for the #71 and the 206th from a crash.

Despite having never competed in the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series, Fox is one of the most successful drivers in league history with two championships and 12 career wins, which ties him with Riley Spurlytube for 8th on the all time win list.

On race day, Fox would roll off the field starting 15th while the #47 WeatherTech Canada / Bellemare Dodge of Eddie Wycombe started in the final spot. At the drop of the green flag, Wycombe was determined to not collect another last-place finsh after collecting three in the SCRL Icebreaker's Whelen Series, as Wycombe knocked the #99 White Motorsports Chevrolet of Joshua Rush into the final spot as the field entered Turn 1. Rush would remain in the final spot until Rush knocked Wycombe back to the final spot in Turn 5, a spot Wycombe would hold until the battle for last was over in Turn 9.

At that time, Fox was battling the #94 Carquest Canada Dodge of Rocco Twyman entering the esses, when Fox made contact with Twyman, turning Twyman's car around as they headed off track. Twyman would hit the tire barrier just feet after the concrete wall started and hit the barrier driver side; Fox's car kept going and hit the barrier nearly head on. Both drivers were able to climb from their cars and walked to the infield care center, both were uninjured, but both cars were completely destroyed and done for the day, the only cars to not finish the race.

IROC: Bizarre wreck on pace lap at Talladega makes Brian Fox only the second driver in series history to fail to complete a lap; Draco Drakul wins SCRLASTCAR Championship

Brian Fox picked up the 2nd last place finish of his SCRL IROC Series career in Race 4 at the Talladega Superspeedway when he was involved in a two-car accident after failing to complete any of the 19 laps.

The finish, which came in his 13th career start, was his first on the circuit since April 6, 2016, Race 4 of Season 5 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway when he fell out with header issues after completing 5 of 16 laps, 8 races ago. In the SCRL IROC Series, it's the 4th for car #11 and the 9th from a crash. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 8th for the #11 and the 205th from a crash.

Brian Fox is one of the most longest active drivers in the history of the SCRL, as well as one of the most successful/winningest drivers in SCRL history, having picked up 12 career wins, which ranks him 8th in the all time list, on his path to picking up two championships, with his most recent coming in the last IROC Series Season and was the defending champion entering this season. Fox's hope at becoming the first ever back-to-back championship started off with a 5th at Daytona after leading 2 laps, a 4th at the series first ever short track race at Myrtle Beach before finishing 4th again in the last round at Michigan.

Brian Fox pulls onto pit road at the start of the race.
On race day, Fox was scheduled to roll off starting 8th while points leader the #7 of Zachary Fitzwater was forced to start last due to IROC rules inverting the field in the field two races by way of points. Just as the field was able to start their pace lap, miscommunication between drivers and officials caused for Fox to slam into the back of the #9 of Al Lagasee, causing severe damage to Lagasee's rear bumper, while Fox's radiator was destroyed. Lagasee was able to make the start, but Fox limped around the track on the apron of the track, pulling onto pit road as the field took the green flag, Fox pulled into the garage, the car retired by the time the field entered the backstretch on Lap 2.

Finishing 11th was the #4 of Leroy Jones, who suffered damage as well during the pileup, pitting on Lap 2 around the same time Fox's car was retired as Jones's crew took the hood off before sending their driver back out onto the track, finishing one lap down to the race leaders.

Rounding out the Bottom Five were drivers who were involved in the lone caution that ended the race under caution; 10th was the aforementioned #9 of Al Lagasee, 9th was the #5 of Chakat Whitelion and 8th was the #12 of Bulldog67.

By virtue of finishing 6th, Draco scored one more Bottom Ten finish, and won the SCRLASTCAR Championship by having one more Bottom Ten finish over Jonathan Raines. The Season 7 SCRL IROC Series Champion Zachary Fitzwater had no last-place finishes, but scored three Bottom Ten finishes, with his worst finish of the season being a 7th at Myrtle Beach.

Throwback CANADA: Max Anderson hard crash gives him first series last-place finish at Mosport Oval

Max Anderson picked up the 1st last place finish of his SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series career in the Season 1 Dickies 200 at the Mosport Speedway when his #3 Snap-on Tools / Vortex Brake Pads Dodge was involved in a multi-car crash after 8 of the 22 laps.

The finish came in his 2nd career series start. By this point, the SCRL had gone through both a creative and rebranding change as it had been renamed from the ONL(Oreius Nascar League) to the SCRL(Stock Car Racing League) as well as the title sponsor switching to Tim Hortons, with the new name of the series being the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series. With the new league name, as well as a new title sponsor, the Canadian series filled out entries rather quickly as a full field of 33 drivers were on hand for the first official race of the new series.

On race day, Anderson would roll off the field starting 32nd while the #44 SMS Equipment / Komatsu Ford of Caiden Irne would trail the field when the green flag flew. A early caution kept Irene in last through the first caution before the #04 Group Bellemare / GP3R Dodge of Luke Rainey lost a lap due to damage he had gotten. Interestingly, Rainey was driving the same car that Devin Olasin had driven in the Pre-Season 1 event at the Mosport road course to it's first last-place finish in series history. Rainey would keep last between Laps 6 and 7 when chaos broke out on the Frontstretch.

The #48 Mid West Combustion of Nitahbk would go wide in Turn 4, coming back down the track into the path of the #9 Rheem / Exide Dodge of Jay Jefferson, who would hit the inside wall before coming back across the track in front of the #47 Maskimo / Somavrac Dodge of Riley Spurlytube as a ten car wreck would break out. Anderson at this point had moved to the high side of the track and was trying to get by, but ran into the back of the #97 Vannini Motorsports Ford of Evan Rudd, damaging the radiator and giving Anderson the last spot.

Despite being in the same wreck first, Spurlytube was scored above Anderson, having completed the same amount of laps. The aforementioned #97 of Evan Rudd was scored 31st, having completed one more lap. The remaining Bottom Five was filled by drivers who also got damage in the same wreck, but was able to limp around for one extra lap; 30th went to the #11 Fuel Doctor Platinum / Canadian Tire Dodge of Alexander Rowe and 29th went to the #8 Farmers Feed Families Dodge of AJ Jones.

Max Anderson would find success in other SCRL sanctioned series, scoring 3 career wins overall, all in three different series. Anderson hasn't competed in a SCRL race in several months, but is known to pop up now and then for the bigger series.

IROC: Flat tire at the start keeps Draco Drakul one lap down at Michigan; SCRLASTCAR Championship battle set for Talladega

Draco Drakul picked up the 3rd last place finish of his SCRL IROC Series career in Race 3 at the Michigan International Speedway when he completed 19 of the 20 laps under power.

The finish, which came in his 19th career start, was his first on the circuit since this race in Season 2 where he completed all 20 laps under power, 21 races ago. In the SCRL IROC Series, it's the 2nd for car #6 and the 15th for running at the finish. Across all the series in the SCRL, it's the 13th for the #6 and the 153 for running at the finish.

Draco is one of the most longest active racers in the entire history of the SCRL, having competed since nearly the first series ever was raced, having picked up a mild case of success, with four wins in total, two of which came in this very series, Season 3, which was also the season Draco picked up his lone championship. Several rough years of competing on a part-time ride has cut into possibly more wins but being a former champion locked him into Season 7, the first time Draco drove an IROC car since Season 4. Draco's season got off to a hot start, leading 5 laps before finishing 3rd at Daytona before struggling at Myrtle Beach and finishing 9th.

On race day, Draco was scheduled to roll off starting 9th while Myrtle Beach last-place finisher the #1 of Jonathan Raines started from last, but just seconds after the field took the green flag, Draco pulled to the inside of the track, stalling on the frontstretch, however no caution would come out as Draco would be towed back to pit road. It was discovered that Draco had suffered a flat left rear tire, and as soon as it was changed, Draco drove back out on the track, already a full lap down to the lap leaders by the start of the second lap. Due to the lack of cautions, Draco was unable to gain any spots and easily finished last, the only car not on the lead lap.

Rounding out the Bottom Five was: 11th the #5 of Chakat Whitelion, 10th the #12 of Bulldog67, 9th the #3 of Colin Dryburgh and 8th the #4 of Leroy Jones.

Entering the final race of the season at Talladega, Draco Drakul, Jonathan Raines and Richard Torres are all tied at 1 last-place finish, if any of them finish last, they will lock up the championship, if anyone else finishes last it will come down to a tie breaker between the three drivers and the other who finishes last.
