Amir Allen-Park picked up the 1st last place finish of his ONL Canadian Tire Series career in the Pre-Season 1 Crown Jewel 200 at the Cayuga International Speedway when his #21 A&W / Bower & Wilkins Dodge was involved in a multi-car crash after 10 of the 20 laps.
The finish came in his 2nd career series start. After finishing a disappointing 24th in the series debut at Mosport, Park was looking to rebound as the series moved to their first ever stop at a short track, the 0.625 mile track in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada at the Cayuga International Speedway.
On race day, Olasin would roll off the field starting 3rd while the #09 Lake Excavating Ford of Heisenberg would trail the field as the green flag flew. There would be three cautions throughout the day, during the second one the #97 Vannini Motorsports Ford of Axel Simmons made contact with Park, sending both cars into the Turn 2 wall, causing Park to flip over four times as more cars were involved, with Park being scored in last place.
Finishing 28th and 27th was the #76 Rev Energy / Direct Buy / Get-A-Grip Tire Chevrolet of Alex Tanker and the #39 Motos Illimitees / DLGL / Polaris Dodge of John Green, both of whom was involved in the same Lap 10 crash.
Rounding out the Bottom Five 26th was the #4 Fitzpatrick Motorsports Chevrolet of Oreius Centaur and finishing 25th was the aforementioned #97 of Axel Simmons, themselves taken out in a Lap 16 crash that would end the race under the yellow flag.
Amir Allen-Park's time in the then ONL, now the SCRL, lasted only two races before never signing up for a league race again. This would be the last race of the division as the series was canceled and put on hold, being rebranded into the SCRL Tim Hortons Canadian Series.
