The finish, came in his 15th career series start, was his first on the circuit since he completed 39 of the 40 laps of the World 600 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, 5 races ago.
Ever since trailing the field at Charlotte, MoNsTer_RcN98 immediately rebounded as he picked up back-to-back top ten finishes(7th at Martinsville and 8th at Michigan), before finishing 14th in the return trip at Riverside before finishing 10th in the last round at Greenville-Pickens as the series traveled up the east coast and went to Thompson, Connecticut, for the second race in a row on a half-mile track.
On race day, MoNsTer_RcN98 would roll off the grid starting 14th while four time last-place finisher the #64 Woodfield Ford of dragonboy rolled off last. Stats for the race have been lost in time due to this blog's owner not keeping complete records like is done now, but by the time the Checkered Flag waved, MoNsTer_RcN98 had fallen back to last and the third last-place finish of the season.
The remaining Bottom Five finished on the same lap as the race leaders: 19th was two time last-place finisher the #32 Bestline Products Plymouth of Draco Drakul, 18th was fellow two time last-place finisher the #30 unsponsored Dodge of ItalianDragon, 17th was the aforementioned #64 of dragonboy and 16th was the #34 unsponsored Ford of Trail Blazer.
